About Home Hub BD
Home Hub BD is an online platform that helps customers find and book suitable workers for household services, including electrical work, plumbing, cleaning, handyman services, painting, carpentry, masonry, flooring and car cleaning.
Role Overview
We are looking for a polite, confident and responsible individual to introduce Home Hub BD to apartment buildings in Gulshan 1 and Gulshan 2.
University or college students, interns, freelancers and independent applicants are welcome to apply. Applicants living in or near Gulshan, Banani, Badda, Baridhara or nearby areas will be preferred, although candidates from other areas may also apply.
Main Responsibilities
- Visit approximately 10–12 apartment buildings per working day in Gulshan 1 and Gulshan 2.
- Speak politely with building caretakers, security personnel, managers or association representatives.
- Briefly explain Home Hub BD and its available household services.
- Ask for permission to display a Home Hub BD poster or leave leaflets at the reception area.
- Write the assigned building reference code on the poster and field-visit form.
- Record the building name, address, contact person, phone number where voluntarily provided, visit outcome and follow-up requirements.
- Submit completed paper forms and a brief daily activity report.
- Maintain a professional appearance and wear the provided Home Hub BD identification while working.
- Follow company instructions and never make unapproved promises regarding prices, guarantees or service availability.
The representative will not be required to enter individual apartments or collect money from customers.
Candidate Requirements
- Current university or college student, intern, freelancer or independent job seeker.
- Polite, presentable and comfortable speaking with new people.
- Able to communicate clearly in Bengali; basic English is helpful.
- Honest, punctual and capable of maintaining accurate paper records.
- Familiarity with Gulshan 1 and Gulshan 2 is preferred.
- Must have a smartphone and an active WhatsApp number.
- Previous experience in field marketing, promotion, customer service or sales is helpful but not compulsory.
- Must provide a valid student ID or NID and one reference before appointment.
Compensation
- Basic salary/stipend: Tk 7,500 for the one-month assignment.
- Transport allowance: Tk 1,500.
- Performance incentive: Additional incentive for eligible customer jobs successfully completed through buildings or customers connected to the representative’s assigned reference codes. Incentive amounts and eligibility will follow Home Hub BD’s agreed incentive policy.
- A work-experience certificate may be provided upon successful completion of the assignment.
Selection Process
Shortlisted applicants will attend a brief phone interview and role-play exercise. The selected candidate may be asked to complete one paid trial field session before final appointment.
Working Schedule
One month, 20 working days, approximately 4–5 hours daily.
